Desktop Support Engineer – 2nd Line Windows / Active Directory / Exchange

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join the Service Desk team in a leading professional services organisation. You will be a strong, driven Desktop Support Engineer with excellent knowledge of Terminal Services or Citrix, Exchange and Windows 2008 or 2016. This Desktop Support Engineer will be supporting 1000+ users over multiple sites, dealing with all aspects of 2nd line support – over the phone, remotely and face to face. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. This candidate will have a basic understanding of databases and ideally have experience with Powershell scripting or have an interest in learning it.

Desktop Support Engineer Salary & Benefits:
