Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will be part of a centralised change management team though you will be involved in business transformation. The projects will involved changes to financial systems as well as processes including general ledger systems implementations and financial process remodelling. Tasks will involve capturing requirements, process mapping, documentation and co-ordinating UAT.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in Business Analysis within the Insurance market and have worked on Finance Transformations or else have had some accountancy qualification. You will need to a be strong communicator and able to work to tight deadlines.
