Part Time Purchase Ledger job with a housing association in Salford paying up to £12 per hour.

Your new company
My client is a housing association in Salford. Due to continued growth of the organisation they are recruiting into their expanding finance team initially on a temporary basis, but due to how quickly they are growing this could well turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your new role
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger on an end to end basis. This will include processing a high volume of invoices onto the system and ensuring this is done accurately, as well as reconciling bank accounts, dealing with any supplier queries that arise, and processing payment runs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous purchase ledger experience in order to instantly add value to the team, and will be willing to assist other team members with their duties where required as the finance function is busy. Previous experience using Open Accounts would be advantageous but not essential for the role.

What you'll get in return
A salary paying up to £12 per hour dependant on experience. There is good scope for this role to be made permanent and this company have a good track record for developing and progressing their staff.
