QHSE and Facilities Manager Generous benefits package Loughton Working for an expanding engineering organisation as a QHSE and Facilities Manager you will take responsibility for the effective management and development of the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental strategy as well as the annual facilities operational plan delivering continues improvement. They have state of the art facilities are one of the few companies who still do all their design, development and manufacturing on site and everyone’s efforts and contribution is seen in the finished product. Other responsibilities will include: Develop awareness to QHSE issues and develop a culture of responsibility for action. The continued maintenance and compliance to ISO Standards for: Quality (9001), Health & Safety (18001), Environmental (14001), working towards the migration of ISO4500. Delivering continuous improvement to the staff working environment. The management and negotiation of the facilities and utilities contracts. Effective cost reduction of annual facilities spend Effective formulation and implementation of quality assurance plans for new product introductions. Production of and performance to annual budget. Requirements: NEBOSH qualified. Certificate level essential/Diploma desirable. Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines Experience in Facilities Management Proven experienced in managing a team and contractors
