Software Support / First Line Support An exciting opportunity for a Software Support / First Line Support with strong communication skills to join a software organisation in Europe’s largest Technology Hub, Cambridge! This company’s growing from strength to strength and you will be joining a multi-skilled technical team.

Focusing on the technical support of both clients and customers, the successful candidate will be accountable solving support cases via telephone and email in addition to troubleshooting, documentation and configuration information. This role would suit a driven and customer-focused individual looking to working within a progressive organisation.

Title:Software Support / First Line Support

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Up to £25,000 + benefits

Requirements for Software Support / First Line Support:

·6+ months software support experience within a commercial environment including troubleshooting ·A degree in Computer Science, Maths, Business, Engineering or equivalent ·Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS·Strong, engaging communication skills·Demonstrable MS Excel ability ·Analytical and problem solving skillsDesirable:·Knowledge of SaaS based products·Experience working within the financial industry Responsibilities for Software Support / First Line Support:

·Handling the support workload including diagnosis and resolving technical problems for clients

·Providing support to internal teams that require assistance

·Maintaining server architecture

·Housekeeping duties relating to the database cluster
