As part of their continued growth, and with further exciting plans ahead, a new role has been created to join their finance team. Reporting to the Management Accountant your responsibilities will include: Preparing and processing journals; Monthly volume reports; Analysing variances to budget; Prepayments and Accruals; Maintaining the fixed asset register; Assisting with the preparation of monthly departmental reports; Purchase Ledger and Credit Control duties; Balance Sheet Reconciliations; Audit preparation; Cash handling; Ad hoc reporting and analysis. This will best suit candidates who already possess some experience within a finance department, looking to further enhance their career in this area. You will also be a confident communicator, together with a good working knowledge of Excel.
