My client is a VC backed, growing, multi channel retailer, looking to recruit an I.T First Line Support Analyst to add to it's growing I.T support team based at head office.

In this role you will be responsible for being first point of contact for IT queries and providing first fix where possible.


* Receive and record all support requests

* Support till systems and their smooth operation

* Diagnose and fix hardware and software faults

* Installation of new software

* Monitor Backup / Restore process

* Setup of new equipment

* Maintain departmental procedures

* Setup till users & produce sign on cards

* Provide new user setup (e.g. network and WinMan)

* Provision of out of hours cover as pre-agreed with the IT Manager

* Ad hoc pieces of work as required by the IT Manager

Person Specifications:

The right candidate will possess the following:

* Good communication skills both written and verbal

* Good telephone manner

* Creative Problem solving

* Good organisational and time management ability

* Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills

* Comfortable in a fast paced and evolving environment

* Flexible working covering weekends

Accountabilities (KPI’s):

* Internal ticketing system

* Feedback from key stakeholders
