ABOUT THE COMPANY -

Our client is an expanding Garden Centre Business with sites around the UK. They are all high turnover retail destination sites with a varied product range.

SUNDRIES MANAGER

As a Department Head, you will be responsible for running the department and managing a team, and experience of this within a retail environment is essential. You can make a real difference from day one as you will be involved in driving sales, creating stunning and inspirational visual displays, managing stock levels, and motivating and developing your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES - SUNDRIES MANAGER


You will be responsible for your team
Managing your department on a day to day basis
Recruitment and training of staff
Customer Service
Driving sales through merchandising, managing stock level

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - SUNDRIES MANAGER


You should come from a seasonal business
Have knowledge of sundries
Able to manage a team
Able to create stunning and inspirational visual displays

GCSE/A LEVELS
