2nd Line IT Analyst
Up to £35,000 p/a + company benefits
Farnham / Camberley

Due to business growth my client, based over 2 sites in Farnham and Camberley, is looking for permanent IT Analysts to work with end users to resolve their IT related issues in an efficient and customer service focused manner.

The IT Analyst is a customer focused and facing IT support professional, whose primary purpose is to provide 2nd line support for issues raised by the multi-site customer base, call logging and closure of requests via the helpdesk system and collaborates on and escalates high priority issues where necessary.

As an IT Support Analyst, your main responsibilities are as follows:
• Monitoring and resolve tickets in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee IT problems
• Supporting team members as required
• Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external stakeholders
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades to software applications and hardware
• Projecting a positive attitude and ensuring customer experience is of primary focus to those around them
• Escalating tickets effectively and efficiently ensuring excellent communication throughout escalation process

The ideal IT Support Analyst will possess some, if not all, of the following attributes:
• Experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
• Supporting customers via telephone, email and remote control
• Experience with desktop and servers operating systems, including Windows 10 & Server 2016
• Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment whilst working towards SLAs
