HR Business Partner Our client is an independent humanitarian and development organisation with a presence in over 40 countries around the globe. Position: HR Business Partner Location: Birmingham, UK Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £34,387 per annum Closing date: 19th September 2018 About the role: As a Human Resources Partner you will act as an experienced HR generalist and business partner, supporting internal customer needs autonomously with limited supervision being required. The post holder will strengthen the employee relations functions by actively managing employee concerns and implementing relevant policies and processes. S/he will lead on the development and implementation of key aspects of the team work plans and systems, including policy development. The post holder will contribute significantly to the department in order to ensure that it is capable of fully achieving its agreed targets and departmental objectives. About you: -CIPD qualified or equivalent (extensive HR experience may also suffice in place). -Experience in managing complex HR projects ranging from performance management, employee relations, policy development, change management and employment law -Proven experience in providing variety of broad HR employee relations activities in a large organisation -Will have extensive experience of generalist HR services. -A strong problem solver who is able to analyse data to reach sound conclusions through experience, research and assessment techniques -Excellent written and spoken English with excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Any employment with our client will be subject to the following checks: Screening clearance Proof of eligibility to live and work within the UK Receipt of satisfactory references Please note, for UK based roles, they are only able to accept applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the UK.
