Service Desk Manager

London- (East London near Canary Wharf)


A leading brand is seeking a service desk manager to manager the full end user computing experience across a business with circa 1000 users. You will working in a dynamic, ambiguous and changing environment that is fast paced and exciting. This organisation need to be able to adapt to their customers' needs and expectations so the business and the IT service need to work in this way.

This is a role where you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 based both in the UK and remotely, you will need to enable the team to perform at it's best. You will have excellent problem resolution skills and be able to evidence good team management. Senior stakeholders will be challenging, expecting the very best from the IT service to the business, you will be responsible for all internal end user computing issues including hardware, software, configuration, laptops and other mobile devices, active directory and file servers.

As the Service Desk Manager you will be familiar and have experience in

Office 365

Windows Server Active Directory

MS Exchange Management and Maintenance

MS Office Suite

Windows 10 deployment

Supporting both Macs and Windows

ITIL Framework

Skype Conferencing and Telephony
