Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious SEN TA in join a thriving Special Needs School in Bolton, as soon as possible until at least October half term, possibly longer. This is a full-time post paying a minimum of £60 per day.
This school is a popular special school, which provides a creative and encouraging environment for children with Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism for pupils aged 11-16 years. It is an exciting place to work where staff are trained effectively, with a supporting Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking for:
• A knowledgeable Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience of SEN
• A committed practitioner who aims to gain the highest standards
• A driven and committed individual who is pro-active and able to able to use their own initiative

The role:
Supporting children with SEN, over a varied timetable, accommodating to their needs. This role does involve some personal care and lunchtime duties.
The location:
The school is based close to Manchester City Centre, with excellent public transport links and ample parking is available.

• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• You CV must have a 10 years employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
