Change Acceptance Manager
Are you an experienced Change Acceptance Manager with a background in Service Delivery ideally from the financial services industry who has worked with complex commercial relationships then this is great role for you
Working for a high profile pension scheme provider this role deals with change acceptance requests primarily from their outsourced service provider
Typical duties will include.
*Governance and oversight of minor release changes, operational changes, escalating where outcomes are unlikely.
*Assess IT system and operational impact of any product changes
*Take ownership for and run weekly Change Approval Board, Weekly service delivery meeting.
*Ensure outsourced scheme administrator provides information to ensure the scheme is running appropriately
*Undertake trend analysis
*Report and highlight any areas of risk or improvement to scheme.
*Keep off shore scheme administrator aware of any new initiatives from across the organisation that might impact delivery of service.
Our client is looking for a Change Acceptance Manager who has gained experience in managing complex commercial issues, who also has a deep understanding in IT operations, IT systems, contact centre or back office operations within financial services. Ideally you would have experience working with 3rd party suppliers
You will have the ability to undertake trend analysis and derive insight to focus the company on risk or improvement opportunities. This company is on course to operate the largest pension scheme in the UK the change and delivery requirements are huge, this really is a fantastic opportunity.
