We currently have an exciting opportunity for Spanish and English speaking translator to join our busy and established Store Operations team at our European Support Functions Office based in Erdington, Birmingham.

About the Role

Store Operations sole responsibility is to ensure it supports its customers "The Stores" by planning, organising and communicating all programs, launches and tasks in a timely manner and on a right first time basis, so it enables the Stores to focus on driving sales.

The main areas of responsibility include:

Being the first point of call for all translation needs in the business.
Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
To ensure all communication sent out from our European head office is accurate and grammatically correct
Liaising with employees and external suppliers all over Europe on a regular basis
About You

You will be hard-working, highly organised with the ability to manage high workloads effectively
You will be passionate about languages with demonstrable experience in a translating environment
You will be a confident Microsoft Office user and it is desirable that you are a Mac User who has used InDesign and SDL Trados previously
You will be fluent in Spanish as well as having excellent English skills
Alongside your translation skills you'll be a keen team player, possess outstanding communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver optimum levels of productivity
