IDEX Consulting are partnered with an expanding Broker based on the outskirts of Towester who have an opportunity available to join the team as Commercial Claims Handler and Account Handler.
What will I be doing day to day?
Your new role will be a split of general commercial claims handling i.e. property, liability, motor, EL/PL and you will also have the opportunity to interact with clients as an Account Handler, dealing with MTAs, renewals and new business. As an important member of the business, you will handle claims from cradle to grave, ensuring you provide first class customer service at all times.
What should I expect my salary/package to look like?
For all your hard-work, you want to be rewarded right? Our client recognises the effort employees put in which does not go un-noticed. Depending on your insurance background and skills, you would expect a basic salary between £22,000 - £28,000. On top of this you will receive a benefits package which will be discussed during your interview.
What experience/skills do I need to be considered?
First of all, you must enjoy speaking to customers face to face and via the telephone. You should be career driven and want to thrive working in a friendly, close-knit insurance team.
You must have experience dealing with commercial claims from cradle to grave i.e. property, liability, motor and EL/PL.
