Service Manager is required for a Global Services Provider to help support a global entertainment client

This is a high profile client facing role, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and service accountability during high profile events

Responsibilities include:
  • Review product / service performance on a monthly basis;
  • Provide customer with service enhancement recommendations;
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers, establishing a full understanding of the customers business and drivers to map against current service requirements and future needs.
  • Investigate outages and manage the delivery of accurate RFO and RCA's, ensuring full follow up on recommendations on corrective and service improvement plans;
  • Ensure all reported problems for customer are resolved in accordance with the contracted Service Level Agreements. (SLAs);
  • Take ownership on behalf of customer to manage service outages on an exception basis


The successful candidate will need to have a technical understanding of key Telecoms solutions (MPLS and Ethernet), have proven services management or incident management experience

This role will involve a lot of international travel (10 days at a time), so you must be eligible to travel to all t continents and have no current restrictions and hold a clean driving license
