This Teaching Assistant post is designed for a hard working and resilient Science graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in their degree and previously worked with children in either a paid or voluntary role. You should have the desire to become an excellent teacher in the future and the ability to develop excellent relationships with students, parents and staff.

This Science Teaching Assistant role involves you working within the schools science department, mentoring GCSE and A-level students. The teacher will rely on you to support groups of around 4-6 pupils in intervention classes outside of the classroom. The school understands the importance of support for staff, and you will be assigned a Class Teacher to mentor you from your first day. Your responsibilities will include working alongside the class teacher to design, develop, and deliver exceptional lessons.
