Service Desk – 1st/2nd Line – 12m FTC

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and energetic IT Service Desk Analyst to join a forward-thinking professional services client. Located next to Liverpool Station.

Duration: 12-month contract

Skills Required:

·Deliver 1st and 2nd line support

·Logging and dealing with calls, emails and self-service actions to the IT Service Desk

·Providing deskside support when necessary

·Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at any one time

Technical Skills:

·Microsoft Office XP/WIN7/2010 – Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

·Active Directory Admin


·Legal based applications – BigHand 3, Filesite/Worksite

·Interaction or similar CRM application

·iPhone, Samsung, Blackberry Support

Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm
