Title: Head of Customer Marketing

Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on level of experience) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We require an accomplished marketing leader with several years experience. You will lead a team of 7 people, driving the customer experience, engagement and creating demand for our services for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will be working on multi-brand, local and global campaigns. It’s a big role and will be pivotal in helping us drive the transformation of the marketing function and wider business.

You will be a well-regarded leader with strong drive to succeed and be adaptable in a culture of change. To succeed you will have demonstrable experience of developing data driven customer insights and translating these to marketing campaigns which drive customer engagement and demand.

* Own all customer marketing channels to drive engagement, acquisition and retention across all customer groups.
* Meticulous planning of marketing campaigns and working with your own team and marketing operations team to deliver market-leading execution.
* Delivering constant growth and performance improvements.
* Ownership of budget across all channels; constantly striving for improving productivity and efficiency.
* Drive customer insights and be the champion for the voice of the customer internally.
* Driving global and local Thought Leadership and content marketing programmes to deliver brand objectives.
* Define and measure key metrics to demonstrate marketing successes, with regular reporting to stakeholders. Includes reporting of resource and budget utilisation to business unit leaders.
* Ensuring full compliance and governance processes are followed.
* Leadership and management of seven direct reports.
* Work closely with the marketing operations and communications teams as well as stakeholders across the business.
* Create and share best practices.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and skills

* A proven Marketer, with experience in driving customer engagement and demand.
* Senior leader with experience of exposure to board level stakeholders.
* Analytical thinker who is excited by driving insight-driven marketing.
* Ability to drive the strategic agenda across the function and business whilst also maintaining operational excellence.
* Ability to clearly communicate complexity in a way that ensures all stakeholders understand and engage.
* Collaboration is key and the successful candidate will work closely, advise and steer the entire business.
* A great people leader, with a genuine interest in developing their team.
* Hands-on experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation, Workfront and Slack.
