As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the Design, Marketing and Ecom teams and for ensuring timelines and expectations are managed. You will also be required to interpret concise briefs for specified internal clients to ensure deadlines are met and brand standards are maintained. Strong attention to detail is therefore paramount as you will check all information for accuracy and consistency and proof read artwork prior to being returned to the marketing team or sent into production. You will manage the flow of work through the studio, ensuring the team of designers are delivering high quality work to agreed timelines, brief, standards and guidelines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are therefore required, along with a professional but direct approach Working with external suppliers you will manage the production of mailed material through repro, print, personalisation, finishing, enclosing and delivery via Royal mail or DSA providers, within agreed deadlines & budgets. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing the source of printed communication, including, mailers, packaging and POS. Setting and agreeing the critical path for all marketing assets with all key parties to ensure all production requirements, are completed on time. Multi Channel Shoot Critical Path - making sure all the points including sign off dates are planned correctly and the relevant people invited. Negotiating prices and service levels with current and potential suppliers. Accepting print/production/design briefs from marketing/ecom/buying. Work closely with the warehouse to ensure stock levels are adequate and stock replenishment is ordered within a timely fashion for printed/generic packaging. Look at opportunities to create and implement an automated artwork creation system for generic and common POS elements. To manage model selection and call ins /both new to the brand guidelines To work together with the Brand Manager and colleagues to ensure the Brand team deliver the requirements of the business in a professional and confident style.
