Our Store Managers play a central role in our success. Join us now and become part of the Magnet Family.

What you’ll be doing

By working closely with your team you’ll identify and maximise all opportunities for sales growth in your store and act as a role model by displaying a “can do” attitude and creating a positive working environment. You’ll engage and support others to achieve or exceed their targets and reach their full potential; whilst always keeping a close eye on the competition and making sure we deliver exceptional levels of customer service. You’ll also effectively manage your own profit and loss by controlling costs and continually reviewing operational efficiency; at the same time as delivering or exceeding all your sales and margin targets.

How you qualify for the role

You’ll need to have experience of successfully leading a team in a targeted environment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales. You should have the ability to influence others and communicate effectively whilst also possessing an excellent approach to customer service. Ideally you will have already worked as a Store Manager in a similar role and be able take a flexible approach to working hours and travel (as our Sale periods get extremely busy!) Good IT skills are essential; with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) being an advantage. You’ll also need a full UK Driving Licence.

What you’ll get in return

You’ll discover a rewarding team environment, excellent career and development opportunities, and a competitive salary and commission package plus company car. Benefits also include pension and life assurance, 23 days holidays rising to 25 after 5 year’s service, discounts with various retailers, child care vouchers and a generous colleague discount on our kitchen products.

Who we are

With over 200 stores we are the UK’s largest kitchen retailer and while our focus is on creating the perfect kitchen, our true passion is design. As part of Nobia, Europe’s leading kitchen specialist, we’re lucky enough to have access to the very best design expertise in the industry, ensuring our kitchens are always on-trend and built for whatever life throws at them.

Join us and you’ll be part of more than 20 strong brands including Rixonway Kitchens, Gower and Commodore Kitchens. We make sure our people have room to learn, evolve, and grow their skills.
