Conveyancing Legal Secretary - This high Kent law firm are looking for a full-time conveyancing legal secretary. Previous experience as a residential conveyancing legal secretary is essential for this role.
The conveyancing legal secretary will provide effective organisational and administrative support service to a busy team of fee earners. This will include the management of diaries, attending to clients in person and on the telephone, taking messages and assisting where possible and where appropriate, undertake accurate typing and word processing and look after general administrative tasks including; photocopying, filing, printing and archiving.
