Our HSC Trainers cover the Homes in their “patch”, however they may be required to travel to the other Homes located across the UK where necessary, with overnight stays potentially required. Our HSC Trainers work with our Home Management and Head Office Teams to deliver the highest quality training within their remit, dealing with all aspects of the HSC requirements, and where possible, complete observations on our colleagues to make sure they are still following the standards set out in both the Care Certificate and HSC L2/L3 qualifications. With extensive knowledge of the sector, and experience in delivery of classroom based training, they are always in demand to help train our staff effectively and efficiently. Expectations of our HSC Trainers are: AET/PTTLS or equivalent in HSC (Essential) Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role Experience in classroom or 1-2-1 based delivery Extensive knowledge of HSC Sector, mandatory training and requirements for HSC colleagues Exceptional professionalism when dealing with staff from all areas of the Group Flexibility for travel and overnight stays Excellent time management skills High attention to detail and administrative skills Proficient with PC/Laptop and Microsoft programmes If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge, in a business that is expanding all the time, then we want you to join our Family here at Country Court Care.
