As a key member of the ParkAcre team, you will be involved in the design of multiple new websites, our intranet and corporate website. The role will give you exposure to stakeholders from all corners of the ParkAcre team. You'll need strong people skills to deliver the greatest impact but, at its core this is a technical role developing cross platform, responsive sites using both existing and new technologies

This role is ideally suited for a talented web developer/designer who will take responsibility for the ongoing development of these platforms and the daily maintenance/updating of all web content.

Not only will you develop websites from the ground up but also provide content management support and monthly maintenance tasks to keep sites looking and performing great.

Responsibilities will include:

    Building websites using the latest frontend technologiesAssist with the front and back-end development of our ecommerce platformsProvide content management & ecommerce management supportLiaise with our internal teams to quickly and efficiently resolve issuesContribute to all aspect of web design and development from concept to completion and beyond.Working with our graphic designer & agencies to produce graphics and content for HTML emails, social media and the company blogsDirectly Reporting to the CEO.
Essential skills / experience:

    3-5 years practical work experienceExperience developing and supporting responsive design websitesExcellent eye for detail is essentialExcellent hand-coding skillsGood working knowledge of Modern Programming Languages Experience with JavaScript, PHP & C++.Good understanding of PHP back-end developmentExcellent working knowledge and understanding of WordPressGood understanding of SEO best practicesSEO & Marketing knowledgePrevious experience with Google AnalyticsPreferred Experience with Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver etc.)
