SANZA Teaching Agency are working in partnership with a local primary school that are actively searching for an experienced and dynamic HLTA to join their team in September 2018.

The role is to assist students in class to improve their literacy and numeracy skills and work alongside the class teacher in the delivery of engaging activities. As a HLTA you shall also provide intervention sessions with small groups and individually with students on a one to one basis.

As a HLTA, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and have a confident and positive approach to behaviour management. Experience of independently delivering lessons to groups of students in the absence of a class teacher is ideal. Demonstrating care, patience and understanding towards young children with a genuine passion to ensure each student strives to reach their full potential.

You will receive a competitive salary dependant on experience with ongoing support and the opportunity to partake in CPD courses.
