Keystream Healthcare have a fantastic opportunity for a ICT Service Desk Analyst. The role is on a temporary basis initially the end of March with possible extensions thereafter. This role is to start ASAP and is based in Ashford, Kent. As the ICT Service Desk Analyst you will be supporting other part of the business with their IT issues. You will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience on a service desk. If you have excellent customer service experience, have a confident and articulate telephone manner and be proficient in ICT.

The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. You must have a willingness to assist customers with their issues, have patience to be able to talk them through the problems they encounter, be able to document accurately issues and escalate where necessary. You will need to be able to work under pressure in what is sometimes a very busy environment.

    Customer Service experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficePatienceConfidence and articulate on the phoneExcellent communication skills orally and in writing
