Resourcing and Onboarding Manager, Maritime - 12 month FTC - Shore Based - Southampton As Maritime Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for the operational delivery of CUK resourcing and on boarding requirements across Deck, Technical & Medical areas. Working as a business partner to key stakeholders, you will maintain central governance of on boarding activity ensuring consistency across all brands and that candidate experience mirrors the guest experience. You will provide a team of Resourcing & On boarding Consultants and Senior On boarding Advisor with clear direction and support to ensure the best talent is sourced in the most cost effective and timely manner to deliver operational requirements and adhere to agreed compliance, processes and KPIs.
