Our client is a boutique commercial law firm which punches well above its weight.
Their success has been built upon a " heads down " focus on the clients, so you can be forgiven for perhaps not having heard too much about this legal 500 firm.
The partners are keen to implement their growth strategy for the future in order to maintain a seamless service to their commercial clients.
As part of these plans they seek to recruit an employment solicitor with a strong background particularly in non contentious work covering full suite of employment matters which affect owner managed businesses. The ability to advise on Employee share/option schemes and Employee Pension schemes would be helpful.
The firm is well managed and place considerable emphasis on personal development and training rather than on billing targets, and are looking for individuals who can contribute to the team and develop client relationships. The role will appeal to lawyers with technical ability, intellectual rigour and well honed people skills.
At Bygott Biggs our aim has always been to provide a more personal service and everyone here believes that recruitment should be about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. Our reputation has been built on the fact that we provide an efficient and professional service but are not afraid to give straight forward, straight talking advice.
The above PQE is expressed as a guideline only. We are happy to hear from anyone who can demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge in order to fulfil this role.
