Contentious Probate Solicitor
Our Client is a highly successful forward thinking full service law firm based in Harrogate.
They are currently looking to recruit a junior litigator to join the eight man strong team of litigators based in the Harrogate office. Working alongside a senior litigator, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a broad capability in general civil/commercial litigation, but have strong experience in the field of contentious probate.
He/She will take principal responsibility for contentious private client matters which will include the following;
- Challenging the validity of wills and lifetime transfers
- Administration actions
- PR and trustees disputes
- Proprietary Estoppel actions
- Claim under the Inheritance(Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Trust Actions
- Court of Protection Disputes
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years pqe in Private Client matters and will been keen to take on and develop this role.
