Role Description
The role will entail working amongst a mid-sized team supporting global offices remotely viatelephone, email and web based products.
We are looking for professionals to come in, do the job, look to improve how things are beingdone and set the benchmark in top quality performance to their peers.
We are looking for some top quality Service Desk Analysts to join the client’s growing team andto work in the heart of Canary Wharf is what will only be a wonderful opportunity.
Essential Skills: 9 months - 1 year Service Desk experience Windows experience, W7/W10 Office 365 Active Directory Call logging experience within a recognised ITSM Toolset Call handling experience End to end call management experience Experience in working to aggressive KPIs Someone striving to be an industry leading expert in their field Reliability and good punctuality skills are absolutely essential
Someone available to start from 1st October 2018
Mon-Fri - 9 hour day (1 hour lunch, 8 working hours) between 8am and 6pmInformation Security
This position is within the defined scope of Plan-Net’s Information Security ManagementSystem (ISMS). The post holder is responsible for being at all times compliant with Plan-Net’sInformation Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relatesto information security within the Company as outlined in the Plan-Net Staff Manual.
