Client Details

Our client a leading business based in Lewes are seeking a Bank Reconciliations Administrator on a temporary basis, possibly leading to permanent.

Description

As Bank Reconciliations Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • To be responsible for the maintenance, balancing and posting of all group bank accounts
  • To be responsible for the issue of manual cheques against all group bank accounts and the monthly maintenance and postings of the manual cheques to nominal ledger accounts
  • To be responsible for the processing of and transmission of daily subscriptions banking to the groups bank
  • Ensuring banking is sent daily
  • Updating of daily cheque lists
  • Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts ensuring complete confidentiality
  • Month-end journals
  • To actively contribute and participate towards your continued development
  • To investigate unpaid invoices still outstanding due to agent error
  • To provide occasional ad-hoc cover during the absence of other department staff e.g. issue of petty cash
  • To assist with daily agents, discs, invoices and BACS payments
  • Posting of journals for subscription banking errors

Profile

The ideal candidate a strong background in reconciliations and excel.

Job Offer

£12-14 per hour DOE
