As our Technical/Digital Recruiter you will support the business to source, attract and engage talented individuals to join Technical Divisions within Head Office function. You will deliver an outstanding candidate experience that helps to drive our employer brand and our wider consumer brand.
Reporting to the Head Office Resourcing Manager, you will manage the end to end recruitment process for one or more technical business areas, supporting managers up to Senior Director level. This will include creating and editing job adverts, sourcing candidates, screening applications, managing the assessment and offer processes.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be committed to building an in-depth understanding of your business areas and passionate about role modelling the TUI Values (Trusted, Unique & Inspiring) by
working collaboratively within HR – helping colleagues and sharing information – this incudes covering other business areas as required demonstrating commercial awareness and a “my own money” mindset Viewed as the subject matter expert, you will build strong relationships with your hiring managers and key stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to flex your style and approach where necessary to influence at all levels.
As Technical/Digital Recruiter you will be designing and delivering compelling, authentic and SEO-optimised candidate attraction content, rigorous and fair candidate screening and selection (including assessment and interviews).
Your knowledge and experience will allow you to take a comprehensive brief from the hiring managers ensuring you are equipped to source the ideal candidates for the position. Using your market knowledge and networks within the tech/digital industry along with your understanding of recruitment best practice, you will source and attract high calibre tech talent to the business using a range of methods and cost effective channels (including direct sourcing, social media and tech job boards), tailoring your approach for niche/specialist/difficult to fill roles. You will be experienced in resource planning, including proactive searches, succession planning, talent gap analysis, and creating and maintaining talent pools.
We will also look to you to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our various attraction strategies and candidate experience to enable continuous improvement and new opportunities to promote TUI Group as an employer of choice.

What We Are Looking For
Experience of technical/digital recruitment (ideally in-house but agency also considered) with a sound understanding of the recruitment lifecycle Expert in proactive direct candidate sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, CV databases, market mapping, technical job boards and social media channels Proven experience of recruiting roles such as (but not limited to) Digital Analysts, UX/UI Developers and Designers, Product Owners, Testers, QA, SEO and Content Familiarity with and confident discussing technical terminology with stakeholders and candidates alike Confident in using MI to track and analyse data Organised, with strong attention to detail Able to work at pace and juggle multiple demands including the ability to flex Driven, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work with simplicity, clarity & efficiency High degree of influencing and impact through relationship management Passionate about personal development, willing and able to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge Good working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation Desirable
Experience of using ATS systems effectively to manage candidates and vacancies, ensuring that data is correct and complete Experience using psychometric tests and assessment tools
