An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Working as an integral part of a project team, the Senior Oracle
Fusion & ERP Consultant will provide solid functional and technical skills
in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite & ERP Applications, backed
up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries and
clients. The individual will be expected to be a self-starter, capable of
managing individual work packages from initial scope through design, build and
go-live. The successful applicant will also be capable of leading UK delivery
in the Oracle Applications space when necessary, and have a proven track record
of consistently excellent delivery.

Recognised as
an expert and able to contribute to design, configuration and testing in a
delivery capacity using Oracle Financials (11i and R12), the applicant
will have the opportunity to work on some of the initial Fusion Financials
implementations in the UK.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Skills :A
proven track record of end-to-end delivery in the Oracle Financials spaceMinimum
3 - 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP
Applications across at least 3 full project life-cyclesA
detailed knowledge of the Oracle E-Business suite of products to design and
scope client requirements, define and analyse user requirements and advise
customers on implementation and integration of the Oracle applications
with reference to best practice, maximizing use of out-of-the box
applicationsIdeally
a qualified accountant expert within the following modules:Accounts
Receivables, Cash Management, General ledgerPurchasing,
i-Procurement, i-Expenses, Payables, Cash Management and General LedgerProjects,OTLMust
have good experience of relevant schemas and tablesAbility
