Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator in our London office, you will dually support our Software Engineering and Support Functions efforts, supporting end-to-end candidate management from identification through the hiring process. As a member of our team, the Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Technical Recruiter and hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find leading talent for our fast growing business. With a focus on a creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience, the Recruiting Coordinator will generate and efficiently manage an active pipeline of talented candidates.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization to develop a detailed profiles of target candidates
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
  • Source and screen candidates for multiple requisitions
  • Schedule phone, virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters and various hiring managers
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate feedback
  • Manage​ external job postings and recruiting platforms
  • Assemble interview packets and process reimbursements
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Manage Agency relationships and maintain a strong PSL

Qualifications:

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)
  • 0-2 years of experience in an agency or in-house recruiting support role; candidate sourcing experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast- paced environment
  • Great communication (verbal and written). You'll be interacting with business partners, teammates and candidates daily.
  • Contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Dependability and interest in working in team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools required to source them is a plus (e.g. Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
