Permanent role as part time Sales Ledger Clerk paying £20,000 (pro rata)

Your new company

A rapidly expanding organisation based in North Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the Sales Ledger , which will include raising and checking invoices as per the allocated time frame, gathering information from key accounts, emailing purchase invoices when raised , raising credits and checking of new and existing contracts. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations and transferring cash, cash allocation and credit allocation. There will also be several ad hoc duties to be carried out as and when required. .

What you'll need to succeed

You must have previous experience of working in a busy accounts department and be flexible in your approach to work . You must be able to work to strict deadlines , be extremely organised and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of Sage Line 50 would be advantageous .
