Job Title: Training and Development Manager Location: Bristol / London Job Sector: Financial Services Job Type: Compliance Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Job Reference: LS/20868 Job Description: We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager for a UK national role. Ideally located near to the M4 corridor, regular visits to their main offices in London and Bristol will be required, as well as to other locations across the UK. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining the professional standards of financial planners and portfolio managers, ensuring that quality advice and high services levels are provided to clients. Working closely with the T&C Supervisors and onboarding team you will assist existing and new advisors/ portfolio managers in their roles. You will help new colleagues by running inductions and ensure that regular training programmes are implemented and successfully run in order to enhance quality standards and maintain excellence across the business. Key Skills/Experience Required: To be considered for the role you will need have the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and hold a qualification for Supervision in a regulated environment (JO7) or equivalent. You will have excellent coaching and development skills and be able to positively influence colleagues to maintain their professional standards and work within strict guidelines and follow procedure. You will need to have held a similar role previously and have a strong knowledge of financial products and services, FCA requirements and regulatory standards and ethics.
