Customer Success Manager – Godalming, Surrey
£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
Bluetree are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our client in Godalming, as part of their digital consulting team. You will work with customers to understand their unique requirements and support with them with any customisations that may be required to the product. You will be an advocate of your customers, striving to maximize the benefits they are getting from the product.
• Owning a relationship with a customer, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction
• Building a relationship of trust and driving continued value of the product/ service
• Establishing customer critical goals or key performance indicators and helping them achieve these goals
• Identifying opportunities to upsell
• Working with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding, deployments and upgrades
• Experience working with Content Management would be a bonus
• An understanding of SharePoint and designing analytics dashboards an advantage
