Your new role

You will be joining an enthusiastic and established technical helpdesk team in supporting a range of infrastructure solutions, primarily based around applications, desktop, server and storage virtualisation technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience in using the following technical products: Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2016, Office 365, VMWare, Citrix and Sonicwall Firewalls.
You should have a strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Active Directory/ Group Policies and anti-virus products.

It would also be advantageous if you have a strong understanding of storage systems (NAS/SAN).
