Engineering Team Leader
Our client, a Facilities Management service provider, is recruiting a professional and experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their office team. The business is offering fantastic training opportunities and a leading career progression program for someone looking to progress their career in a more office focussed environment.
Duties will include:
Assist the Helpdesk with dispatch and scheduling Engineers.
Going offsite to manage and provide quotes.
Speaking with clients about technical matters.
Raising and issuing quotes.
Chasing suspended jobs and providing resolution.
The role will suit a trained Engineer (ideally Electrical or Mechanical) who is looking to utilise their knowledge and skills and is computer literate and able to raise jobs on a CRM system. You will need to be proactive and assertive whilst working to KPI’s to ensure contracts and raised jobs are running within agreed time limits.
