This isn't your standard Business Development Manager / Sales Manager role.  This business is the market leader in the UK and are still growing.  They offer the successful Business Development Manager / Sales Manager a really rare chance to work with global entertainment brands across sponsorship and events.

The experience we need.

In order to be successful as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, you'll have:
- A proven track record in new business and account management.
- Experience of outbound telesales / telemarketing.
- Demonstrable success growing a sales pipeline, prospecting your own leads.
- Preferably but not essentially worked in the events sector.

The role.

This is a really fun and varied sales role.  You'll be working on national events selling space and sponsorship deals to iconic global brands.  As Business Development Manager, you'll have to be happy hitting the phones - though rest assured, you'll be in a fun and friendly team - you won't be beaten over the head with KPIs!  You'll need to have a car (free mileage) so that you can get out of the office meeting new and existing clients, growing and developing great relationships with really cool brands.  You’ll also get to attend sought after events nationally and across Europe, account managing your clients and helping to make the events a huge success.

What you’ll get in return.

As successful Business Development Manager, you’ll get a great package of c£25k basic with £10-15k a year commission.  Moreover, you’ll get the chance to work in a really fun space with huge entertainment brands.
