A Property company based in Central London is looking for a all round Management Accountant to join their team to assist the Finance Director. 

· Preparation of monthly payroll, commission and pension calculations for Group Companies (60 + employees).

· Prepare and file accurate VAT returns for Group Companies.

· Weekly and Quarterly P&L reporting and budget variance reporting

· Ensure a smooth run of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable whilst working with various stakeholders to resolve queries

· Ensure that record of financial transactions (income and expenditure) in are kept accurately and accordance with organizational and tax authority requirements

· Finalizing and preparing end of year accounts for audit

· Carry monthly Bank Reconciliations

· Raise purchase invoices and monthly fee reconciliations for income generated by various departments

· Maintain fix asset register and prepare monthly journals

· Record petty cash & credit card expenditure on the system on the monthly basis

· Ensure that company and consultants are compliant with IR35

· Maintain confidential HR data up to date

· Assist FD in delivering various projects required by company

· minimum of 4 years + experience of similar role

· SAGE 50 system literate

· Good IT skills (Excel)

· Self –Starter – able to see and resolve problem

· Strong prioritization and time management skills

· Part or Fully AAT/ CIMA qualified (desirable)
