An Operations Manager is required to join a growing Multi-Academy Trust, covering the whole of Lincolnshire. They are ambitious to extend the excellent standard of dedicated service they currently provide to all the schools joining them in the future. Their vision is to inspire each and every pupil to achieve their potential through high-quality teaching, provided within an environment guided by their Christian values.

Their exceptional offering continues to attract growing numbers of schools and they are developing operational services. In line with that expansion, the need has been identified for an Operations Manager to hold responsibility for the effective, smooth running of their operational support services. It is a demanding and varied role, which includes leading functions such as Governance, Health & Safety, Communications, I.T. and quality assurance systems.

The successful candidate will also lead on project managing the integration of all new academies into the trust. This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to make a significant contribution to their future development.

The Operations Manager will ensure that appropriate and robust governance frameworks apply at all times and provide active leadership on all governance arrangements. Working with a wide range of stakeholders and external partners, it is essential that management reporting, information flow and management process and planning undergo continual scrutiny and improvement.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, has excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of governance systems and processes. The ability to devise solutions to operational problems, to anticipate and deliver improvements, is paramount. The skill to work across professional groups to develop and sustain relationships throughout the organisation will enable you to excel in this role. You must be able to provide consistent, high quality services and be fully committed to providing services which optimise the opportunities available to children and young people.

The post is full time.

£30,152 p/a.
