An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced compliance generalist to join a Mortgages and Lending company based in Surrey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 compliance officers and assistants
  • Review new legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the recording, monitoring & reporting of complaints
  • Assist in the assessment of the T&C requirements of employees
  • Deputise for the Head of Compliance

Requirements:

  • Generalist Compliance background
  • Experience working in banking
  • Excellent report writing skills
