My client is a leading US law firm based in London who are looking for a HR Payroll Advisor to join the team on a part time 4-month basis.

The HR Payroll Advisor will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and payroll support for the HR department.

The key duties will include:

  • Process monthly payroll- ensuring high levels of accuracy
  • Management of P11d and P60 annual process
  • Act as point of contact for any payroll enquiries
  • Administration of benefits
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Invoice maintenance
  • Administration of pension scheme
  • The HR Payroll Advisor will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification and will have experience of running payroll via an outsourced provider. The right candidate would ideally have experience in a partnership or professional services environment and have excellent Microsoft skills. The candidate will have the ability to work independently and part of a team and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable and highly motivated.
