Role:


* Reporting to the plant manager you will lead a small engineering team to ensure all plant, equipment and services are efficiently developed and maintained.

* There will be a strong project aspect to the role.

* Lead Capex Engineering projects, manage the PPM schedule, monitor the OEE of site equipment, procurement of spares and monitor energy usage.

* You will mentor and develop the team.

* Lead and promote continuous improvement.


Skills / experience required:

*This role may suit someone looking for their first step into management, if they have gained supervisory / team leader skills in other roles.

* Good production engineering and / or maintenance engineering skills.

* High volume / fast paced manufacturing experience.

* Understanding of manufacturing.

* Modern manufacturing / lean experience.

Remuneration:

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (10%) + Overtime = £45,000 - £55,000 + Pension + Health
