Superb opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a very well established professional, ethical chartered organisation, specialising in the provision of independent financial advice.

The Person:

You must have recent experience working as an IFA Administrator

Exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills with a strong attention to detail a must

You must possess a strong work ethic and possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be of smart appearance.

Have the ability to work individually and as part of a busy team

Competency in using IT systems – Microsoft, Excel

Work methodically with outstanding organisational skills

The position - will include a combination of the following, but not limited to:

Online processing of new business applications for retail clients in a timely and compliant manner for all types of Pensions, Investments and Protection

Ongoing maintenance and servicing of an existing client base and is key to the position

Liaising with a spectrum of product providers

Producing illustrations, comparison quotations including the collating of literature and pre-population of applications

Processing letters of authority

Updating client portfolios for annual reviews and printing reports

Issuing policy documents to clients

Creating new client files and maintaining existing

Completion of ad-hoc administration and requests, on behalf of the Directors

Diary management scheduling and re-scheduling appointments

Occasional meeting and greeting of clients/visitors to the office

The Package

A competitive starting salary awaits, depending on level of experience

37.5 hours per week (8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch)

Standard probationary period
