ActionAid are recruiting for an Insight Manager who will play a key part in promoting a learning culture and in helping to embed evidence-based decision making across the organisation. Sitting within the Strategy, Performance and Accountability team, the Insight function within ActionAid UK is key to ensuring that we deliver effective fundraising, marketing and internal activities that are rooted in evidence. The post holder will own the Insight function at ActionAid UK, acting as the first port of call for all external market research and being responsible for delivering a robust programme of research and insight. Working with several teams across the organisation, you will lead and project manage programmes of work such as our audience segmentation and our annual brand tracker. You will also lead on the creation on a new programme of research to monitor supporter satisfaction. To be successful in this role you must be able to bring together knowledge of the external environment and our internal objectives and translate them into insight projects that will help us to achieve our strategy. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to synthesise multiple sources of research and data together into compelling insights with clear actions and recommendations.
