Job Title - Apprenticeship Assessor Location - North West Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 DOE Joining a small training provider based in Lancashire, you will be delivering a mixture of work based learning, and remote learning on the new apprenticeship standards at level 2 and 3. Specifically, the caseload of 40 learners will be undertaking programmes in Customer service, Business Admin, and Team Leading. The provider have a number of Levy contracts, of which you will be closely working on. Where the offices are local to the North West Region, you will still deliver work based learning on a personal level, however, some of the Levy accounts locations are further south for example London, so in this instance you will deliver remotely through the use of e-portfolio. As such a strong background of using E-Portfolios is essential to the role. With the provider being a small business, this alone will mean you are an integral aspect to the business. With their office based in Blackpool, you need to be able to travel here frequently but also have autonomy over your diary and work remotely. You will be a strong assessor, who will have experience working on the new standards and preparing learners for the end point assessments in the above fields. Being a qualified Assessor (A1, CAVA, TAQA etc) is essential to the role, and also being qualified with a teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, PTLLS etc) is ideal but not so essential. With secure Levy contracts and AEB provision this provider are expecting big things in the next 12 months with a plan to grow quite substantially and increase their current offering.
