Complaints Officer / Continuous Improvement / Service Improvement / Customer Services / Social Housing Salary -£24,480 Location –Stafford or Shrewsbury, with travel between sites required Permanent, 37 hours per week Our client is a strong, resilient and effective provider of homes and care services throughout Shropshire and Staffordshire, with 12,000 homes, 25,000 customers and 600 employees. As one of their Complaints Officers, you will manage all customer complaints cases through to resolution. Handling a variety of incoming complaints within agreed service standards, working closely with customers, business leads and external contractors to achieve effective resolution, with high quality investigations and responses. You will have a commitment to supporting service users and staff to achieve fair outcomes and to drive learning from complaints, leading to service improvements. With experience of working in a customer service environment, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely face to face, as well as over the telephone and through written responses, with all customer groups. The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and to handle difficult customers with diplomacy are essential in this role. Closing date: 14/09/2018 Interviews: W/C 17/09/2018
