Operations and Finance Assistant
Harris Hill are delighted to be recruiting a Temporary Operations and Finance Assistant for a fantastic refugee charity based in London. In this position you will support the Head of Finance and Operations in providing a range of different services to help the day-to-day running of the organisation. Please note that this role is ongoing in order to cover long-term staff sickness. The position is for an immediate start through to 30th November 2018. Key responsibilities: Support the administrative function of the organisationAssist in the administration of expense claims and reconciling credit card expenditureBook travel when needed and liaise with external travel companiesManage and update the databaseCreate ad hoc reports and analysis from Excel spreadsheet data for the Head of Finance and OperationsAssist in the organising and delivery of fundraising or campaigns eventsDistribute letters and emails to the organisations donors, fundraisers and supporters with the Development ManagerSupport on recruitment for new staff members Essential criteria: Educated to degree level or the equivalent experiencePrevious experience in a similar positionStrong administration skillsExtensive knowledge of ExcelExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to be independent, productive, and deliver work to a high standard If you feel that you have the right skills then please apply in full confidence.
